Order Processing Times

Local orders may take 1–2 weeks for processing and delivery.

International orders may take 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.

Delivery fees apply to all local orders based on the delivery area.

Shipping charges apply to all foreign orders.

All international orders are shipped from Qatar via DHL, and your tracking number will be provided by our sales team.

Any alterations to the abaya must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Delivery fees for alterations are the customer’s responsibility.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items with tailoring defects or wrong orders within 1 week from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in good condition with all tags attached.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, customers may modify their order or choose a different design of equal value instead.

Custom-made or altered abayas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once confirmed, these orders enter production immediately to ensure timely delivery.

All Laseta pieces are handcrafted with attention to detail.

Slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

These are not considered defects but part of the handmade charm that defines Laseta’s quality.

Customer information such as name, phone number, and address will only be used to process and deliver your orders.
